PQT-Health enhances the experience for members who have acquired health coverage by providing them with direct access to their policy information. Traditionally, members needed to request updates on their policy status from Pak Qatar Family Takaful, but now they can easily and instantly retrieve all relevant details regarding their coverage.

Members can register through a designated Registration Form, receiving a unique Verification Code via email or SMS based on their contact information in the records. This code serves as the key for accessing PQT-Health.

Through PQT-Health, members can engage in several activities, including:

 <li>Viewing policy-related information.</li>
 <li>Accessing details of previous claims.</li>
 <li>Submitting new claims along with the required documentation.</li>
 <li>Requesting reimbursement for claim amounts.</li>
 <li>Updating personal and family information.</li>
 <li>Locating nearby hospitals.</li>
 <li>Finding local doctors, including their availability.</li>
 <li>Recording information related to medical treatments.</li>
 <li>Tracking the status of membership activities.</li>
 <li>Reviewing guidelines for claim submissions.</li>
 <li>Filing complaints if necessary.</li>
 <li>Communicating with a health representative for assistance.</li>
